1. Each holder of a license or certificate issued pursuant to this chapter shall register with and maintain a valid unique identifier with the Registry. 2. The Commissioner may issue a license or certificate through the Registry. 3. To the extent that the Commissioner has delegated to the Registry any of his or her duties with respect to the issuance and renewal of licenses and certificates as authorized by the provisions of this chapter, any reference to the Commissioner in this chapter shall be deemed to be a reference to the Registry. 4. As used in this section, 'unique identifier' means a number or other identifier assigned by the protocols established by the Registry. (Added to NRS by 2021, 2066)
