1. If a holder of a license or compliance manager’s certificate fails to submit any report required pursuant to this chapter or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto within the prescribed period, the Commissioner may impose and collect a fee of not more than $10 for each day the report is overdue. 2. The Commissioner shall adopt regulations establishing the amount of the fee that may be imposed pursuant to this section. (Added to NRS by 2005, 1866)
