Statute 651 005

As used in NRS 651.005 to 651.040, inclusive, 'premises' includes, but is not limited to, all buildings, improvements, equipment and facilities, including any parking lot, recreational facility or other land, used or maintained in connection with a hotel, inn, motel, motor court, boardinghouse or lodging house.
