Except as otherwise provided in this section, any authorized representative of the Division may: (a) Enter and inspect at any reasonable time any private or public property on which radiation therapy or radiologic imaging is conducted for the purpose of determining whether a violation of the provisions of this chapter or the regulations adopted pursuant thereto has occurred or is occurring.
