The Governor shall appoint: 1. Two members who are licensees serving as nursing facility administrators. 2. One member who is a licensee serving as an administrator of a residential facility for groups with less than seven clients. 3. One member who is a licensee serving as an administrator of a residential facility for groups with seven or more clients. 4. One member who is a member of the medical or paramedical professions. 5. One member who is a representative of the general public. This member must not be a licensee or the spouse or the parent or child, by blood, marriage or adoption, of a licensee.
