1. Immediately after the first Board is appointed, the members of the Board shall meet and elect from their membership a Chair, Vice Chair and a Secretary. 2. Thereafter, a Chair and Vice Chair shall be elected annually. 3. The Secretary of the Board shall serve as Secretary at the pleasure of the Board. (Added to NRS by 1969, 669)
