Statute 654 200

Any person who acts in the capacity of a nursing facility administrator or an administrator of a residential facility for groups without a license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Added to NRS by 1969, 671; A 1973, 1289; 1977, 1031; 1993, 2144)
