The members of the Board must be appointed by the Governor as follows: 1. One member of the Board must be an active member of the State Bar of Nevada. 2. Three members of the Board must be holders of certificates and must have been actively engaged as certified court reporters within this State for at least 5 years immediately preceding their appointment. 3. One member of the Board must be a representative of the general public. This member must not be: (a) A certified court reporter; or (b) The spouse or the parent or child, by blood, marriage or adoption, of a certified court reporter.
