1. Annually the Board shall designate a Chair and a Vice Chair from its membership. 2. The Board shall hold such meetings as may be necessary for the purpose of transacting its business. 3. Three members of the Board constitute a quorum to transact all business, and a majority of those present must concur on any decision. (Added to NRS by 1973, 1316; A 2007, 18)
