1. The Board shall administer the provisions of this chapter. 2. The Board may appoint such committees as it considers necessary or proper, and may employ, prescribe the duties of and fix the salary of an Executive Secretary who may be employed on a part-time or full-time basis, and may also employ such other persons as may be necessary. 3. All expenditures described in this section must be paid from the fees collected under this chapter. (Added to NRS by 1973, 1316; A 2003, 439)
