Any money received by the Division pursuant to this chapter must be: 1. Deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the Account for Services for Persons With Impaired Speech or Hearing created by NRS 427A.797; and 2. Used by the Division to pay the costs incurred by the Division in carrying out the provisions of this chapter. (Added to NRS by 2007, 161; A 2009, 2402)
