Statute 658 105

In addition to the other powers conferred upon the Commissioner by chapters 657 to 671, inclusive, of NRS, the Commissioner: 1. Is charged with the enforcement of the provisions of chapters 657 to 671, inclusive, of NRS, subject to administrative supervision by the Director of the Department of Business and Industry; 2. May make and publish regulations for the governing of banks doing business under the provisions of chapters 657 to 671, inclusive, of NRS; and 3. May require banks to furnish an audited financial statement prepared by an independent certified public accountant licensed to do business in Nevada.
