Statute 659 025

The articles of incorporation or organization must, in addition to the requirements prescribed in chapters 78 and 86 of NRS, set forth the nature of the business of the corporation or limited-liability company. (Added to NRS by 1971, 969; A 1995, 474; 1997, 976)
