The provisions of this chapter relating to the electronic transfer of money must be construed in a manner which is consistent with, and which is not less restrictive than, the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1693-1693r, inclusive. (Added to NRS by 1989, 712)
