Statute 666 215

1. A person who willfully violates any provision of NRS 666.145 is guilty of a category D felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130. 2. A person who willfully violates any provision of NRS 666.065 to 666.135, inclusive, or 666.155 to 666.205, inclusive, is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
