Statute 666a 140

1. Each foreign bank which is licensed to establish and maintain a state branch, agency or representative office shall post its license in a conspicuous place at such branch, agency or office. 2. A license issued by the Commissioner pursuant to this chapter is not transferable or assignable. (Added to NRS by 1995, 1541)
