Statute 667 055

Among its other powers, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, in the performance of its powers and duties as receiver or liquidator, may, upon the order of a court of record of competent jurisdiction, enforce the individual liability of the stockholders or members and directors or managers of any such bank.
