1. For each examination of a trust company’s books and records required or authorized under this chapter, the Commissioner shall charge and collect from the trust company a fee for conducting the examination and in preparing and typing the report of the examination at the rate established and, if applicable, adjusted pursuant to NRS 658.101. 2. All money collected under this section must be deposited in the State Treasury pursuant to the provisions of NRS 658.091. 3.
