Statute 669a 133

While acting as the fiduciary of a trust, a family trust company or licensed family trust company: 1. Shall administer and manage the trust in accordance with the terms of the trust; 2. Shall administer and manage the trust in the interest of the beneficiaries of the trust; 3. Shall administer and manage the trust in accordance with the provisions of this chapter; and 4. May administer and manage the trust by the exercise of discretionary power of administration given to the fiduciary by the terms of the trust instrument. (Added to NRS by 2011, 1809)
