1. Each licensee shall register with and maintain a valid unique identifier with the Registry. 2. The Commissioner may issue a license through the Registry. 3. To the extent that the Commissioner has delegated to the Registry any of his or her duties with respect to the issuance and renewal of a license as authorized by this chapter, any reference to the Commissioner in this chapter shall be deemed to be a reference to the Registry. 4. As used in this section, 'unique identifier' means a number or other identifier assigned by the protocols of the Registry. (Added to NRS by 2023, 2862)
