Statute 670b 350

Each licensee shall pay, in addition to any other assessment, fee or cost required pursuant to this chapter: 1. The assessment levied pursuant to NRS 658.055 to cover all the costs related to the employment by the Commissioner of a certified public accountant and the performance by the certified public accountant of independent audits and examinations; and 2. The assessment levied pursuant to NRS 658.098 to recover the cost of legal services provided by the Attorney General to the Commissioner and to the Division of Financial Institutions.
