1. The Student Loan Ombudsman designated pursuant to NRS 226.560 or a member of the public may submit a complaint concerning a student loan servicer to the Commissioner for investigation pursuant to NRS 670B.640. 2. The Division of Financial Institutions shall share a complaint submitted pursuant to this section with the Office of the Attorney General in accordance with NRS 226.575. (Added to NRS by 2023, 2866)
