Statute 670b 660

The authority of the Commissioner pursuant to this chapter with regard to a student loan servicer or other person under examination or investigation remains in effect, without regard to whether the student loan servicer or other person acts or claims to act under any other licensing or registration law of this State, or claims to act without such authority.
