1. Except as otherwise provided by regulation of the Commissioner, a licensee shall submit to the Commissioner a report of condition within 45 days after the end of the calendar quarter, or within any extended period that the Commissioner may prescribe. The report of condition must include, without limitation: (a) Financial information concerning the licensee; (b) Nationwide and state-specific money transmission transaction information in every jurisdiction in the United States where the licensee is licensed to engage in money transmission; (c) A report concerning the permissible investments of the licensee; (d) A report identifying each foreign country to which the licensee transmitted money or credits and the amount of money or credits transmitted, if applicable; and (e) Any other information the Commissioner may reasonably require. 2. The Commissioner may use the Registry for the submission of the report required by subsection 1. The Commissioner may, by regulation, waive, modify or alter the requirements of subsection 1 to carry out the purposes of this chapter and maintain consistency with reporting requirements of the Registry.
