The Commissioner may, for reasonable cause and upon 15 days’ notice, amend or alter any license issued by him or her, but the savings bank may appeal the order of the Commissioner in the manner provided in this chapter. (Added to NRS by 1957, 762; A 1961, 764; 1983, 1774; 1987, 1957; 2017, 1924)
