The Commissioner may after notice and hearing suspend or revoke the charter of any savings banks for: 1. Repeated failure to abide by the provisions of this chapter or the regulations adopted thereunder. 2. Failure to pay a tax as required pursuant to the provisions of chapter 363A or 363C of NRS.
