1. If the agreements of a provider contemplate that the provider will develop and implement a debt-management plan and the provider advertises debt-management services, it shall disclose, in an easily comprehensible manner, that using a debt-management plan may make it harder for the individual to obtain credit. 2. If the agreements of a provider contemplate that the provider will provide debt settlement services and the provider advertises debt settlement services, it shall disclose, in an easily comprehensible manner, the information specified in paragraphs (c) and (d) of subsection 4 of NRS 676A.520.
