1. A violation of a provision of this chapter constitutes a deceptive trade practice for the purposes of NRS 598.0903 to 598.0999, inclusive. 2. If an act or practice of a provider violates both a provision of this chapter and a provision of chapter 598 of NRS, an individual may not recover under both for the same act or practice.
