1. 'Deposit' means that part of the liability of a licensee which is credited to the account of a depositor. 2. The term includes a time deposit evidenced by a certificate of deposit, but does not include an obligation evidenced by a thrift certificate. (Added to NRS by 1985, 2193; A 1987, 1244)
