Statute 677 175

If the Commissioner finds that a bond filed pursuant to NRS 677.170 is not sufficient to protect the interests of the public, he or she shall require the applicant to deposit an additional bond. (Added to NRS by 1983, 1605; A 1983, 1644; 1985, 2197; 1987, 1998)
