When authorized by the Commissioner as provided in this chapter, a licensee, pursuant to a resolution of its board of directors, may establish and maintain one or more branch offices within or outside the State. (Added to NRS by 1975, 1832; A 1983, 1819; 1987, 2002; 1997, 1017)
