1. The Commissioner may authorize a licensee to operate a mobile office. 2. A mobile office must serve its designated area at least once each 30 days. Each mobile office must be licensed as a branch office. 3. Each application for authority to operate a mobile office must specify the permanent office of the licensee, either its main office or one of its branches, at which the records of the mobile office will be kept.
