Statute 678a 105

'Cannabis establishment agent registration card' means a registration card that is issued by the Board pursuant to NRS 678B.340 to authorize a person: 1. To be an owner, officer or board member of a cannabis establishment; or 2. To volunteer or work at or contract to provide labor for a cannabis establishment. (Added to NRS by 2019, 3771)
