'Officer' means a natural person who: 1. Is proposed to hold the title of, or be designated by a proposed cannabis establishment as, a president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, manager, chief executive officer, chief operating officer or chief financial officer of the cannabis establishment; and 2. May or may not be an owner of the proposed cannabis establishment. (Added to NRS by 2023, 3100)
