Statute 678a 410

1. The Board may hold regular and special meetings at such times and places as it may deem convenient, and it may hold at least one regular meeting each month. 2. All meetings of the Board are open to the public and must be conducted in accordance with the provisions of chapter 241 of NRS. 3. A majority of the members constitutes a quorum of the Board, and a majority of members present at any meeting determines the action of the Board. (Added to NRS by 2019, 3778)
