Statute 678a 610

Any person aggrieved by a final decision or order of the Board made after hearing or rehearing by the Board pursuant to NRS 678A.520 to 678A.600, inclusive, and whether or not a motion for rehearing was filed, is entitled to judicial review of the decision or order in the manner provided by chapter 233B of NRS.
