Statute 678c 100

1. 'Usable cannabis' means: (a) The dried leaves and flowers of a plant of the genus Cannabis, and any mixture or preparation thereof, that are appropriate for the medical use of cannabis or the adult use of cannabis; and (b) The seeds of a plant of the genus Cannabis. 2.
