Statute 678c 610

1. If a law enforcement agency legally and justly seizes evidence from a medical cannabis establishment on a basis that, in consideration of due process and viewed in the manner most favorable to the establishment, would lead a reasonable person to believe that a crime has been committed, the relevant provisions of NRS 179.1156 to 179.121, inclusive, apply insofar as they do not conflict with the provisions of this chapter. 2.
