A cannabis consumption lounge shall not allow: 1. The consumption of cannabis or cannabis products at any place which is within view of a public place; 2. The entry of any person who is less than 21 years of age to the cannabis consumption lounge; 3. The consumption of any cannabis or cannabis product in the cannabis consumption lounge that is not a single-use cannabis product or ready-to-consume cannabis product; or 4. A single-use cannabis product or ready-to-consume cannabis product that was purchased at the cannabis consumption lounge to be removed from the premises of the cannabis consumption lounge.
