The Commissioner may observe the conduct of each authorized insurer and other persons who have a direct material involvement with the insurance business to ensure that: 1. An unqualified, disqualified or unsuitable person is not involved in insurance; and 2. The insurance business is not conducted in an unsuitable manner. The Commissioner shall, by regulation, define the terms 'unsuitable person' and 'unsuitable manner' for use in carrying out the provisions of this section and NRS 679B.310 and 680A.200.
