Statute 679b 127

1. The Commissioner may participate in a program which provides counseling to elderly persons concerning health insurance, including a program established pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1395b-4. 2. The Commissioner may adopt regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of this section. (Added to NRS by 1993, 2381)
