'Deliver by electronic means' means: 1. To deliver to an electronic mail address at which a party has consented to receive notices or documents; or 2. To post a notice or document on an electronic network or website accessible via the Internet or a mobile application or using a computer, mobile device, tablet or any other electronic device and to deliver a separate notice of the posting of the notice or document to an electronic mail address at which a party has consented to receive notices or documents.
