Statute 682a 017

'Admitted asset' means an asset permitted to be reported as an admitted asset on the statutory financial statement of the insurer most recently required to be filed with the Commissioner. The term does not include assets of separate accounts, the investments of which are not subject to the provisions of this chapter. (Added to NRS by 2015, 3416)
