'Foreign investment' means an investment in a foreign jurisdiction, or an investment in a person, real estate or asset domiciled in a foreign jurisdiction, that is substantially of the same type as those eligible for investment in accordance with this chapter, other than an investment made in accordance with NRS 682A.440 to 682A.448, inclusive, and 682A.550 to 682A.558, inclusive.
