Statute 682a 183

'Replication transaction' means a derivative transaction that is intended to replicate the performance of one or more assets which an insurer is authorized to acquire in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. The term does not include a derivative transaction that is entered into as a hedging transaction. (Added to NRS by 2015, 3424)
