Except as otherwise provided in NRS 683A.086, no person may act as, offer to act as or hold himself or herself out to the public as an administrator, unless: 1. The person has obtained a certificate of registration as an administrator from the Commissioner pursuant to NRS 683A.08524; 2. If the person is an individual and adjusts workers’ compensation claims in this State, the person is licensed pursuant to chapter 684A of NRS; and 3. If any employee of the person adjusts workers’ compensation claims in this State, each such employee who adjusts workers’ compensation claims in this State is licensed pursuant to chapter 684A of NRS.
