An insurance consultant is obligated under his or her license to: 1. Serve with objectivity and complete loyalty the interests of his or her client; and 2. Render to his or her client information, counsel and service which, to the best of the consultant’s knowledge, understanding and opinion, best serves the client’s insurance needs and interests.
