1. If the Commissioner finds that the application is complete and the applicant is otherwise eligible and qualified for the license as a motor vehicle physical damage appraiser, the Commissioner shall promptly issue the license. If the Commissioner refuses to issue the license the Commissioner shall promptly notify the applicant in writing of the refusal, stating the grounds for the refusal. 2. All fees paid by the applicant with the application for a license are nonrefundable. (Added to NRS by 1971, 1670; A 1987, 152; 2009, 1780; 2021, 2967)
