Statute 684b 070

The Commissioner shall prescribe the form of the motor vehicle physical damage appraiser license, which must state: 1. The licensee’s name and business address; 2. The date of issuance and the general conditions as to expiration and termination of the license; 3. That the bond required by NRS 684B.030 has been filed; and 4. Such other conditions as the Commissioner deems proper. (Added to NRS by 1971, 1670; A 1987, 153)
