The Commissioner may adopt regulations as necessary to ensure compliance with federal law relating to nonadmitted insurance, including, without limitation, the Nonadmitted and Reinsurance Reform Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 8201, et seq. (Added to NRS by 2011, 2012)
